Is this a yoga retreat?
not quite. if you have never done yoga before, great!
the yoga movement (asana) is only a tiny portion of the week
it’s a mix of modalities to get you to meet yourself and to rewire your subconscious
our intention is for you to move your lymphatic system, mobility, and most importantly to open your heart and mind
How to get there:
airports: Genoa, Turin, Milan Linate vor Milan Malpensa
train connection from Milan’s main stations, Milano Centrale or Milano Porta Genova, head to Valenza station, 10-minute taxi to the villa
